The said gene can effectively increase tolerance of plants and microbes to abiotic stresses, such as drought, acid-alkaline, saline-alkaline and heat. The methods for producing transgenic plants and microbes are also provided. The methods are simple and effective. The transgenic plants and microbes exhibit enhanced tolerance to environmental stresses.

L'invention concerne un nouveau gène, le vecteur d'expression recombinant contenant le gène, le polypeptide codé par le gène et leur utilisation. Ledit gène peut accroître efficacement la tolérance de plantes et de microbes aux stress abiotiques, tels que la sécheresse, les environnements acides alcalins, les environnements salins-alcalins et la chaleur. L'invention concerne également les procédés de production de plantes et de microbes transgéniques. Les procédés sont simples et efficaces. Les plantes et les microbes transgéniques présentent une meilleure tolérance aux stress environnementaux.
