The apparatus in the present invention may be a self-contained unit (12) for providing oscillatory motion to a chuck (14) configured for releasably engaging a K-wire (16) or the like, or may include a drivegear (20) for use with a conventional rotor and drill for accomplishing the same oscillatory action.
