The invention relates to a microsurgery clamp, in particular a microincision capsulorhexis clamp, that includes a proximal handling portion (1) including two branches (1a, 1b) connected together at their ends so as to be elastically moved towards or away from each other, and a distal nipping portion (2) including narrow and thin blades (2a, 2b) connected to the distal ends of the branches (1a, 1b) and oriented laterally relative to the latter, the distal end of each of the blades (2a, 2b) being curved in a direction opposite to that of the handle (1) so as to define a nipping tip (3a, 3b), characterised in that the blades (2a, 2b) are asymmetrical and oriented in a direction or plane (P1) corresponding to the closing-in or moving-away directions of the branches (1a, 1b), said blades (2a, 2b) being arranged above each other so that the closing-in or moving-away movement of said branches (1a, 1b) results in the closing-in or moving-away movement of said tips (3a, 3b), respectively.
Pince de microchirurgie, en particulier pince à capsulo-rhexis par microincision, comprenant une partie proximale de manipulation (1) formée de deux branches (1a, 1b) reliées l'une à l'autre par l'une de leurs extrémités, de sorte à pouvoir être rapprochées ou éloignées élastiquement, et une partie distale de pincement (2) constituée par deux lames étroites et minces (2a, 2b) reliées aux extrémités distales des branches (1a, 1b) et orientées latéralement par rapport à ces dernières, l'extrémité distale de chacune de ces lames (2a, 2b) étant courbée dans une direction opposée à celle du manche (1 ), de sorte à constituer une pointe de pinçage (3a, 3b), caractérisée en ce que les lames (2a, 2b) sont asymétriques et orientées dans une direction ou plan (P1 ) correspondant à la direction de rapprochement et d'écartement des branches (1 a, 1 b), lesdites lames (2a, 2b) étant disposées l'une au-dessus de l'autre, de sorte que le rapprochement ou l'écartement desdites branches (1 a, 1 b) entraîne le rapprochement ou l'écartement, respectivement, desdites pointes (3a, 3b).
