A method of production of an optical device assembly for an optical isolator. The assembly comprises at least three optical devices, i.e., a polarizer (50), a Faraday rotator (60) and an analyzer (70), that are aligned on an optical axis. A polarizer plate (5), a Faraday rotator plate (6), and an analyzer plate (7) are bonded by soldering, and the stack of these optical material plates bonded together is cut to produce at one time a plurality of optical device assemblies (2) for optical isolators. This method is suited to mass- producibility and can drastically reduce the cost of the optical device assembly.
Procédé de fabrication d'un ensemble de dispositifs optiques pour isolateur optique comportant au moins trois éléments optiques, à savoir: un polariseur (50), un rotateur de Faraday (60) et un analyseur (70) alignés sur un même axe optique. Une tôle (5) liée au polariseur, une tôle (6) liée au rotateur de Faraday et une tôle (7) liée à l'analyseur sont assemblées par soudage et l'empilement des tôles est découpé pour produire en une fois une série d'ensembles de dispositifs optiques (2) pour isolateurs optiques. Ce procédé, adapté à la production en masse, permet une réduction considérable du prix des ensembles de dispositifs optiques.
