Optically anisotropic solution containing cellulose and inorganic acids of phosphorus, with 94-100 wt.% of the solution being composed of cellulose, phosphoric acid and/or its anhydrides, and water. Preferably, inorganic acids of pentavalent phosphorus are employed. Of the solvent, which by definition consists of the phosphoric acid and/or anhydrides thereof and water, after conversion of the phosphoric acid into pentoxide and water, preferably 65-85 wt.% is made up of phosphorus pentoxide and 35-15 wt.% is made up of water. The anisotropic solutions constitute a highly economical alternative when making reinforcing fibres, e.g., for use in vehicle tyres.
Solution anisotrope sur le plan optique, contenant de la cellulose ainsi que des acides inorganiques de phosphore, et dont 94 à 100 % en poids sont composés de cellulose, d'acide phosphorique et/ou d'anhydrides de celui-ci, et d'eau. De préférence, on utilise des acides inorganiques de phosphore pentavalent. Le solvant, qui par définition consiste en acide phosphorique et/ou en anhydrides de celui-ci et en eau, est, après conversion de l'acide phosphorique en pentoxyde et en eau, préférablement composé de 65 à 85% en poids de pentoxyde de phosphore et de 35 à 15 % en poids d'eau. Ces solutions anisotropes constituent une alternative très économique dans la fabrication de fibres de renforcement destinées, par exemple, à des pneumatiques de véhicules.
