Composition intended for buccal absorption of nicotine into the system circulation and distribution to the central nervous system for the purpose of smoking cessation or nicotine substitution in conditions adverse for smoking according to the invention contains nicotine solution in form of a base and/or its salt with organic acid in concentration 0.01 to 8.00% by weight and substances with mucolytic effect. Single application dosage contains 0.05 to 3.00 mg of nicotine.

La présente invention a pour objet une composition destinée à une absorption buccale de nicotine dans la circulation systémique et à une distribution au système nerveux central dans le but d'une désaccoutumance au tabac ou d'une substitution nicotinique dans des conditions hostiles au tabac. La composition contient une solution de nicotine se présentant sous la forme d'une base et/ou de son sel avec un acide organique dans une concentration de 0,01 à 8,00 % en poids et des substances ayant un effet mucolytique. Une dose d'application unique contient de 0,05 à 3,00 mg de nicotine.
