The invention relates to gestagens, preferably dienogest, chlormadinone acetate or levonorgestrel, used in combination with estrogens, such as for example ethinylestradiol, 17.beta.-estradiol or estradiol valerate and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients/carriers, for lactose-free oral contraception. The invention makes it possible to improve the prophylaxis of lactose intolerance in the case of a possible contributing factor, partly because the tests for lactose intolerance are complicated. The invention is also suitable for long-term application.
Des gestagènes, de préférence diénogest, chlormadinonacétate ou lévornogestrel combinés à des oestrogènes tels qu'éthinyloestradiol, 17ß-oestradiol ou oestradiolvalérate par exemple, et un ou plusieurs agents auxiliaires/supports pharmaceutiquement acceptables, permettent de réaliser une contraception orale sans lactose. Ceci constitue une possibilité d'améliorer la prophylaxie de l'intolérance au lactose dans un éventuel facteur contributeur, même dans l'optique d'examens approfondis sur l'intolérance au lactose. L'invention est également adaptée à une utilisation à long terme.
