The invention medicine dispensing pacifier provides an easy way to administer liquid medicine to baby or small child, it comprises two parts, a modified pacifier and a syringe. The fluid delivery pathway characterized within the nipple and body of the pacifier is comprised of a flexible silicone conduit tubing displacing through the center of the single silicone lumen nipple, shield, and collar assembly, exiting the proximal end allowing for conduit flexibility as well as visual reference, and attached to the hollow rigid polyvinyl chloride material female connector port, defining the modified pacifier fluid delivery pathway. The syringe is of common type conveniently available on the market in which the liquid medicine is drawn up, accurately measured, and expelled, the filled syringe male nozzle is coupled with the female connector port, priming the modified pacifier delivery pathway allowing the liquid medicine to be administered into baby or small child oral cavity.
