Device for forming lots of products (40) and separating the said lots from one another and reciprocally for packaging, designed to be positioned at the outlet of a conveyor (4) for carrying products (40) arranged on a single tier. It comprises at least two concentric shafts (2), each of which is rotated about its axis (21) by a drive means (30, 31, 32), independently of the others, controlled by a control system (2), each of the said shafts (2) being secured perpendicular to one sector (10, 11, 12) of which the free end comprises cut-outs (13) designed to act on the products (40) carried by the conveyor (4) so that each sector (10, 11, 12) forms a lot of products (40), the parameters of speed and acceleration of each of the said sectors (10, 11, 12) that move one after the other being determined by the control system according to the different phases of formation and separation of lots.
Dispositif pour la formation de lots de produits (40) et la séparation desdites lots entre eux et réciproquement en vue de leur conditionnement, destiné à être positionné a la sortie d'un convoyeur (4) d'amenée des produits (40) disposés sur une seule rangée. Il comprend au moins deux arbres concentriques (2), dont chacun est mu en rotation autour de son axe (21) par un moyen moteur (30,31,32), indépendamment des autres, actionné par un système de commande (2), chacun desdites arbres (2) étant solidarisé perpendiculairement à un secteur (10,11,12) dont l'extrémité libre comporte des découpes (13) aptes a venir en prise avec les produits (40) amenés par le convoyeur (4), de manière que chaque secteur (10,11,12) forme un lot de produits (40), les paramètres de vitesse et d'accélération de chacun desdites secteurs (10,11,12) qui se déplacent l'un à la suite de l'autre étant déterminés par le système de commande suivant les différentes phases de formation et de séparation des lots.
