ABSTRACT of the DISCLOSURE A cooking grille cover for protecting the grille from soiling from foodstuffs which are usually baked, broiled, barbecued or roasted thereupon. The preferred embodiment comprising a thin rigid sheet of stamped aluminum metal. Said sheet comprising louvres and air passages for similar heat distribution as would be available without said grille cover. The present device comprising opposing stamped side rails thereby retaining the louvre webs transversely positioned to said webs and parallel and juxtaposed to one another. - 1 -
