A restraint harness routed in a pulley configuration which operates between fixed points. The fixed points include: a left and right lap belt (22), each attached to the left and right side (21) of the seat respectively and connected together at the center of the occupant's body by a multiple point release attachment (31), a left and right shoulder strap adjuster (27) attached to the multiple release attachment (31), and a left and right shoulder guide (28) attached by a neck strap (40) to the top of the seat (42). The shoulder strap adjuster (27) and shoulder guides (28) provide openings through which straps (26, 40) can be routed and bars over which the straps can freely travel.
