The invention relates to a method for spectroscopic real-time detection of nucleic acid molecules, in particular polynucleotide sequences, in a PCR amplification (PCR=polymerase chain reaction), wherein the PCR amplification comprises preparing the initial substances required for producing a PCR solution in a buffer and the repeating PCR reaction steps of denaturing, primer hybridization and elongation, and wherein electromagnetic radiation is irradiated into the PCR solution during the PCR amplification at defined time points from a radiation source in the gigahertz or terahertz regime in order to detect at least the presence or absence of a polynucleotide sequence using a detector in a real-time detection.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de détection spectroscopique en temps réel de molécules d'acide nucléique, en particulier de séquences polynucléotidiques, dans le cadre d'une amplification par PCR (PCR = réaction en chaîne par polymérase), l'amplification par PCR comportant la mise à disposition des substances de départ, nécessaires à la préparation d'une solution pour PCR, dans un tampon, ainsi que les étapes de réaction PCR répétitives de dénaturation, d'hybridation d'amorce et d'allongement. Pendant l'amplification par PCR, on envoie dans la solution pour PCR, à des instants définis, un rayonnement électromagnétique provenant d'une source de rayonnement, dans la gamme des gigahertz ou des térahertz, pour détecter à l'aide d'un détecteur, dans le cadre de détection en temps réel, au moins la présence ou l'absence d'une séquence polynucléotidique.
