The invention provides devices for trapping and collecting separated biomolecules following a separation step. The invention provides an apparatus comprising a separation device and a collection chamber. The collection chamber comprises an inlet port adapted to receive an end of the separation device, an outlet port comprising a trapping medium and an access port located between the inlet port and the outlet port, wherein the volume of the collection chamber is controlled by adjusting the depth of the separation device in the inlet port relative to the access port.

L'invention a pour objet des dispositifs permettant de piéger et de recueillir des biomolécules séparées après une étape de séparation. L'invention concerne un appareil comportant un dispositif de séparation et une chambre de collecte. La chambre de collecte comporte un orifice d'entrée conçu pour recevoir une extrémité du dispositif de séparation, un orifice de sortie comprenant un milieu de piégeage et un orifice d'accès disposé entre l'orifice d'entrée et l'orifice de sortie, le volume de la chambre de récupération étant régulé par ajustement de la profondeur du dispositif de séparation dans l'orifice d'entrée par rapport à l'orifice d'accès.
