A method of monitoring a crimping process is disclosed, which determines whether an actual force stroke progres-sion (Fa) / force time progression is, a) above, or, b) below an ideal force stroke progression (Fi) / force time progression in at least one point. The method shifts an upper border (Bu) and/or the lower border (B1) of a tolerance band upwards in case a) and downwards in case b). Additionally, there is an absolute upper limit (Lu), at which an upward shifting of the upper border (Bu) is inhibited, and an absolute lower limit (L1), at which a downward shifting of the lower border (B1) is inhibited. Moreover, a crimping press and a computer program product for employing the inventive method are disclosed.
L'invention porte sur un procédé de surveillance d'un processus de sertissage, qui détermine si une progression force/course ou progression force/temps réelle (Fa) est a) supérieure ou b) inférieure à une progression force/course ou progression force/temps idéale (Fi) en au moins un point. Le procédé décale une borne supérieure (Bu) et/ou une borne inférieure (B1) d'une bande de tolérance vers le haut dans le cas a) et vers le bas dans le cas b). De plus, il existe une limite supérieure absolue (Lu), au niveau de laquelle un décalage vers le haut de la borne supérieure (Bu) est empêché, et une limite inférieure absolue (L1), au niveau de laquelle un décalage vers le bas de la borne inférieure (B1) est empêché. L'invention porte en outre sur une presse à sertir et sur un produit programme d'ordinateur destinés à employer le procédé de l'invention.
