A multilayer structure with improved permeation for atmospheric diffusion of aromatic products wherein the structure comprises: a permeable membrane, wherein said permeable membrane comprises at least two polymeric layers (10, 11, 12), wherein the polymer of each layer is independently selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, very low density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, ethylene/methylacrylate copolymer, a release layer (13), wherein said release layer comprises a nylon polymer or an ethylenelvinyl alcohol copolymer and is adhered to the innermost polymeric layer of the permeable member which comprises the permeable membrane and wherein the adhesion between the release layer (13) and the adjacent layer of the polymeric permeable membrane is a relatively weak bond compared to the bond between the layers of the polymeric permeable membrane; and an impermeable membrane, wherein said impermeable membrane comprises one or more layers (15, 16, 17), wherein the materials which compose the individual layers of the impermeable membrane are independently selected from metal or foil and wherein said impermeable membrane is laminated to said release layer.
La présente invention concerne une structure multicouche présentant une perméation améliorée convenant pour la diffusion atmosphérique de produits aromatiques. Cette structure réunit une membrane perméable, une couche de dégagement (13) et une membrane imperméable. La membrane perméable est constituée d'au moins deux couches polymères (10, 11, 12). Le polymère de chacune des couches appartient indépendamment au groupe des polyéthylènes, polyéthylènes très basse densité, polyéthylènes basse densité, et copolymères d'éthylène-méthylacrylate. La couche de dégagement (13), qui est en polymère de nylon ou en copolymère d'alcool éthylénique ou vinylique, adhère à la couche polymère la plus intérieure de l'élément perméable qui comprend la membrane perméable. En outre, l'adhérence entre la couche de dégagement (13) et la couche adjacente de la membrane polymère perméable est une liaison relativement faible par comparaison avec l'adhérence entre les couches de la membrane polymère perméable. La membrane imperméable est constituée d'au moins une couche (15, 16, 17). Les matériaux constitutifs des différentes couches appartiennent indépendamment au groupe des métaux ou des feuilles.
