A cordage (10) for threading through an open- ing (19). An elastic cord is provided with an elongated shank component and at least one outwardly expandable component. When the cord is under tension, the expandable component shrinks to a diameter which is sufficient to enable its move- ment through an opening, such as the eyelet of a shoe. In re- sponse to the tension being released, the expandable compo- nent enlarges to a diameter which is sufficiently large to resist movement through the opening.
La présente invention concerne un cordage (10) destiné à être enfilé dans une ouverture (19). On prend une corde élastique pourvue d'un composant tige allongé et d'au moins un composant extensible vers l'extérieur. Quand la corde est sous tension, le composant extensible rétrécit et présente alors un diamètre suffisant pour lui permettre de bouger à travers d'une ouverture telle qu'un oeillet de chaussure. Suite au relâchement de la tension, le composant extensible s'élargit et retrouve un diamètre suffisamment large pour résister aux mouvements à travers l'ouverture.
