The embossing device comprises in combination: a first embossing unit (1) with a first embossing cylinder (3) provided with a first set of points (3P) and interacting with a first pressure cylinder (5) for forming, on a first ply (V1), a first set of protuberances (V1p) having small sizes and a high density; a second embossing unit (7) with a second embossing cylinder (9) provided with a second set of points (9P) and interacting with a sec-ond pressure cylinder (11) and a laminating cylinder (13), for forming, on a second ply (V2), a second set of protuberances (V2p) having larger sizes and a lower density than the protuberances of the first set; an adhesive dispenser (15) for applying an adhesive to one of said plies before lamination.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de gaufrage comprenant: une première unité de gaufrage (1) qui présente un premier cylindre de gaufrage (3) avec un premier ensemble de dents (3P), ce cylindre étant destiné à interagir avec un premier cylindre-presseur (5) pour former, sur une première couche (V1), un premier ensemble de protubérances (V1p) de petite taille et de haute densité; une seconde unité de gaufrage (7) munie d'un second cylindre de gaufrage (9) avec un second ensemble de dents (9P), ce cylindre étant destiné à interagir avec un second cylindre-presseur (11) et un cylindre de stratification (13) pour former, sur une seconde couche (V2), un second ensemble de protubérances (V2p) d'une taille supérieure mais d'une densité inférieure aux protubérances du premier ensemble; et enfin un distributeur d'adhésif (15) conçu pour appliquer un adhésif sur l'une desdites couches avant la stratification.
