The invention relates to a genetic recombination product, containing an S- adenosyle-methionine-synthase gene, with the sequence SEQ ID no. 1 and a biotin biosynthesis gene bioS1, bioS2 and/or bioS3 with the sequences SEQ ID no. 3, SEQ ID no. 5 or SEQ ID no.7 and possibly at least one additional biotin synthesis gene sequence chosen from the group bioA, bioB, bioF, bioC, bioD, bioH, bioP, bioW, bioX, bioY or bioR. The invention also relates to organisms containing said genetic recombination product and to the use of same for producing biotin, as well as to a method for producing biotin.
L'invention concerne un produit recombiné génique contenant un gène de S-adénosyle-méthionine-synthase, présentant la séquence SEQ ID No. 1, et un gène de biosynthèse de biotine bioS1, bioS2 et/ou bioS3 ayant les séquences SEQ ID No. 3, SEQ ID No. 5 ou bien SEQ ID No. 7 et éventuellement au moins une autre séquence génique de synthèse de biotine choisie dans le groupe bioA, bioB, bioF, bioC, bioD, bioH, bioP, bioW, bioX, bioY ou bien bioR. L'invention concerne également des organismes contenant ce produit recombiné génique, et l'utilisation de ce dernier pour la préparation de biotine, ainsi qu'un procédé pour la préparation de biotine.
