The present application relates to immunogenic compositions comprising staphylococcal PNAG which is less than 40% N-acetylated and is conjugated to a carrier protein by a linker bonded to an amine group on PNAG to form a PNAG conjugate. Vaccines, methods of treatment using and processes to make an immunogenic composition comprising PNAG and Type 5 and/or 8 capsular polysaccharides are also described.
L'invention concerne des compositions immunogènes comprenant un PNAG staphylococcique N-acétylé à moins de 40% et conjugué à une protéine de transport par un agent de liaison lié à un groupe amine sur le PNAG pour former un conjugué PNAG. L'invention concerne également des vaccins, des méthodes de traitement dans lesquelles est utilisée une composition immunogène, et des procédés de fabrication d'une composition immunogène comprenant un PNAG et des polysaccharides capsulaires de type 5 et/ou 8.
