The strap may engage the lever by bending an end of the strap to secure the strap through a plurality of apertures in the lever, by friction, by pressure, by any combination of the foregoing, or other suitable manner. A lever may lock in a closed position using a locking device, such as an over- center mechanism, a retaining clip, or a strap engaging portion.
