The present invention relates to a process for the injection molding of objects consisting of at least two different layers. The outer layer here consists of enamel. According to the process, a liquid enamel is used. This enamel is injected by an enamel-injection apparatus (1) through an enamel-injection die (2). The plastic melt passes through an injection unit into the cavity (3). According to the invention, the liquid enamel is injected into the flow path of the melt in the region before the cavity, before the melt is injected, so that the melt is encased by enamel before it is distributed in the cavity (3). It is thus possible to use liquid enamels to enamel injection molded parts in the tool. Furthermore, the inventive process makes possible a rapid and therefore economical mode of operation.
L'invention a trait à un procédé de moulage par injection d'objets constitués d'au moins deux couches différentes. La couche extérieure est constituée d'émail. Le procédé utilise de l'émail liquide qui est injecté par un appareil (1) d'injection d'émail à travers une matrice d'injection d'émail (2). Le bain de plastique passe à travers une unité d'injection dans la cavité (3). Selon l'invention, l'émail liquide est injecté dans le circuit d'écoulement du bain de plastique dans la zone précédant la cavité, avant que le bain y soit injecté de sorte que le bain puisse être revêtu d'émail avant d'être versé dans la cavité (3). Il est ainsi possible d'utiliser des émaux liquides dans les parties de l'outil qui sont moulées avec injection d'émail. Par ailleurs, l'invention permet d'accélérer le processus dont l'utilisation devient alors plus rentable.
