The present invention provides a process for the extraction of proteins from gastrointestinal tract samples taken from humans or other mammals wherein the sample is mixed with an excess amount of aqueous extraction medium comprising at least one dissociating, disaggregating and/or chelating agent, homogenised in a closed vessel, the solid and liquid materials of the dispersion are separated from each other and the clear liquid extract is recovered.

La présente invention concerne un procédé qui permet d'extraire des protéines d'un échantillon du tractus gastro-intestinal recueilli chez l'humain ou un autre mammifère. L'échantillon est mélangé avec une quantité en excès d'un milieu d'extraction aqueux comprenant au moins un agent de dissociation, de fractionnement et/ou de chélation homogénéisé dans un récipient hermétique. Les matières solides sont séparées des matières liquides dans la dispersion et l'extrait liquide limpide est récupéré.
