The present invention describes methods for modulating angiogenesis in tissues using Raf and/or Ras protein, modified Raf or Ras protein, and nucleic acids encoding for such. Particularly the invention describes methods for inhibiting angiogenesis using an inactive Raf and/or Ras protein, or nucleic acids encoding therefor, or for potentiating angiogenesis using an active Raf and/or Ras protein, or nucleic acids encoding therefor. The invention also describes the use of gene delivery systems for providing nucleic acids encoding for the Raf or Ras protein, or modified forms thereof.
La présente invention concerne des techniques permettant de moduler l'angiogenèse dans des tissus par l'utilisation de protéine Raf et/ou de protéine Ras, de protéine modifiée Raf ou Ras, et d'acides nucléiques codant pour ces protéines. Cette invention concerne en particulier des techniques permettant d'inhiber l'angiogenèse par l'utilisation d'une protéine Raf et/ou Ras inactive, ou d'acides nucléiques codant pour cette protéine, ou permettant de potentialiser l'angiogenèse par l'utilisation d'une protéine Raf et/ou Ras active, ou d'acides nucléiques codant pour cette protéine. Cette invention concerne aussi l'utilisation de systèmes d'apport de gène permettant de fournir des acides nucléiques codant pour cette protéine Raf ou Ras, ou pour ses formes modifiées.
