A process for producing an Al-killed steel free of alumina clusters by adding an allow of Al and two or more kinds selected from among Ca, Mg and REM to molten steel as a deoxidizer and adjusting the content of Al2O3 in the resultant inclusion to 30-85 wt.%.

Procédé de production d'un acier calmé à l'aluminium exempt d'agglomérats d'alumine qui consiste à ajouter un alliage de Al et deux ou plusieurs espèces sélectionnées parmi Ca, Mg et REM à de l'acier en fusion en tant que désoxydant, et à ajuster la teneur en Al¿2?O¿3? dans l'inclusion obtenue selon un pourcentage de 30-85 % en poids.
