A nozzle for an injection molding apparatus is provided. The injection molding apparatus has a mold component that defines a mold cavity and a gate into the mold cavity. The nozzle includes a nozzle body, a heater, a tip, a tip surrounding piece and a mold component contacting piece. The nozzle body defines a nozzle body melt passage therethrough, that is adapted to receive melt from a melt source. The heater is thermally connected to the nozzle body for heating melt in the nozzle body. The tip defines a tip melt passage therethrough, that is downstream from the nozzle body melt passage, and that is adapted to be upstream from the gate. The tip surrounding piece is removably connected with respect to said nozzle body. The mold component contacting piece is connected with respect to the nozzle body. The material of the mold component contacting piece has a thermal conductivity that is less than at least one of the thermal conductivity of the material of the tip and the thermal conductivity of the material of the tip surrounding piece.
L'invention concerne une buse pour un appareil de moulage par injection. Ledit appareil de moulage par injection présente un composant moulé qui définit une cavité moulée ainsi qu'un pont à l'inférieur de ladite cavité. La buse comprend un corps de buse, un élément chauffant, un embout, un élément entourant la buse et un élément de contact de composant moulé. Ledit corps de buse définit un passage de matière fondue dans le corps de buse, qui est conçu pour recevoir la matière fondue provenant d'une source de matière fondue. L'élément chauffant est relié thermiquement au corps de buse pour chauffer la matière fondue dans le corps de buse. L'embout définit un passage de matière fondue dans l'embout, qui est en aval du passage de matière fondue du corps de buse, et qui est conçu pour être en amont du pont. L'élément entourant l'embout est relié de manière amovible par rapport audit corps de buse. L'élément en contact avec le composant moulé est relié par rapport au corps de buse. Le matériau de l'élément en contact avec l'élément moulé présente une conductivité thermale qui est inférieure à au moins une des conductivité thermale du matériau de l'embout et de la conductivité thermale du matériau de l'élément entourant l'embout.
