There is provided a ligation treating apparatus which has a plurality of ligation rings and is capable of performing ligation on varicose veins on multiple sites quickly and releasing the ligation rings from the front end of an inner cylindrical portion one at a time with certainty. A plurality of ligation rings B are aligned and held in a cylinder portion 9 which is formed by an inner cylindrical portion 2 and an outer cylindrical portion 3. A piston member 10 for pushing out the ligation rings B is provided in the cylinder portion 9. Air introduction means C for forcing air into the cylinder portion 9 is provided. An annular groove 6 for holding the foremost ligation ring B is formed at the front end of the inner cylindrical portion 2. An air discharge port 17 is formed at the bottom of the annular groove 6. The air discharge port 17 discharges air from the cylinder portion 9 so as to stop the piston member 10 when the ligation ring B is moved out of the annular groove 6.
La présente invention concerne un appareil de traitement par ligature permettant de mettre en oeuvre rapidement un traitement par ligature de varicosités en de multiples positions par retenue d'une pluralité d'anneaux de ligature et permettant la séparation, de manière fiable, des anneaux de ligature un à un par rapport à la pointe de la partie cylindrique intérieure dudit appareil, la pluralité d'anneaux de ligature (B) étant disposée et maintenue dans une partie cylindre (9) formée par la partie cylindrique intérieure (2) et par une partie cylindrique extérieure (3), un élément piston (10) permettant de pousser vers l'extérieur les anneaux de ligature (B) étant installé dans la partie cylindre (9), un dispositif d'entrée d'air (C) alimentant en air, de manière forcée, la partie cylindre (9) étant ajusté sur la partie cyclindrique extérieure (3) une rainure annulaire (6) permettant de retenir l'anneau de ligature (B) à l'avant étant présent dans la partie cylindrique intérieure (2) au niveau de la pointe, une sortie d'air (17) étant présente dans la rainure annulaire (6) au niveau de la partie inférieure, et lorsque l'anneau de ligature (B) est dégagé de la rainure annulaire (6), la sortie d'air (17) permet à l'air présent dans la partie cylindre (9) d'être évacué vers l'extérieur afin d'arrêter l'élément piston (10).
