The invention provides a medium for consumer and service provider to interact with each other through the process of internet bidding. A service provider publishes his availability and minimum starting bid. The customer will find the published bid and make an offer. If the service provider accepts the offer the transaction will be processed using payment identifier and an appointment will be scheduled. The same medium can be utilized by the customer The customer can advertise for the services he wants by specifying criteria of price, location and availability. The service providers will locate the solicited offer and will place the bid against all competing bids for the customer's business. The customer will receives multiple offers of service from single or multiple service provider and will be in advantageous position to accept the offer that is most suitable to him based on the specified criteria
