The invention relates to a method of producing rectifier parts (1) which are made from a laminate composite material comprising reinforcing fibres that are embedded in a heat-polymerised polyimide resin matrix. The aforementioned parts (1) comprise an inner platform (3), an outer platform (4) and at least one solid blade (2a, 2b) which connects said platforms (3, 4). The invention is characterised in that it comprises the following steps consisting in: a) producing the essential parts (30, 40) of the platforms (3, 4), blades (2a, 2b) and the blade/platform connecting zones (6a, 6b) as separate structural elements, by stacking or winding layers of reinforcing fibres which have been impregnated with resin and which are used to form said structural elements, with the exception of the outer layers which form at least the boundary wall of the gas stream through the rectifier; b) imidizing the separate structural elements; c) assembling said separate imidized structural elements; d) adding the outer layers of reinforcing fibres which have been impregnated with resin in order to form the part; e) placing the part thus produced in a mould/counter-mould employing compression polymerisation; and f) polymerising the part by subjecting same to compressive stresses.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de pièces (1) de redresseurs en matériau composite stratifié comportant des fibres de renfort noyées dans une matrice de résine polyimide polymérisée à chaud, lesdites pièces (1) présentant une plate-forme interne (3), une plate-forme externe (4) et au moins une aube pleine (2a, 2b) reliant lesdites plates-formes (3, 4) caractérisé par les étapes suivantes : a) on réalise, en tant qu'éléments de structure séparés, les parties essentielles (30, 40) des plates-formes (3, 4), des aubes (2a, 2b) et des zones de raccordement (6a, 6b) aubes/plates-formes, par superposition ou enroulement des couches de fibres de renfort préimprégnées de résine devant constituer lesdits éléments de structure à l'exception des couches externes devant former au moins la paroi de délimitation de la veine de flux gazeux à travers le redresseur, b) on imidise lesdits éléments de structure séparés, c) on rassemble lesdits éléments de structure séparés et imidisés, d) on rajoute les couches externes de fibres de renfort préimprégnées de résine pour constituer la pièce, e) on dispose la pièce ainsi constituée dans un ensemble moule/contre~-moule de polymérisation sous compression, et f) on polymérise la pièce en la soumettant à des efforts de compression.
