The invention relates to a composite panel (1) for making a wall of a building, characterised in that the panel comprises an outer cladding plate (2), an inner wall plate (3), and a supporting structure provided between the outer cladding plate and the inner wall plate and which is partially embedded in a polymer foam (5).
