The invention concerns a lining for a disc brake, in particular a pneumatically actuated disc brake designed for utility vehicles, comprising a pressure plate (2) and a lining material (3) mounted on the pressure plate (2). On the pressure plate (2) is located at least one return mechanism (6) which causes the axial return of the brake lining (1) after brake applications and which presses against the lining housing (4) of a disc brake and performs a tilting motion in the lining housing (4) when the brake is applied. The invention is characterized in that the return device (6) also comprises a tensioning device (14) acting in a tangential direction and including a tensioning spring (15, 15') which, when the brake is not applied, elastically prestresses the pressure plate (2) in the tangential direction relative to a disc of the disc brake, that is towards the lining housing (4), such that the return device presses tangentially in prestressed manner against the lining housing.

L'invention concerne une garniture pour un frein à disque, notamment pour un frein à disque à actionnement pneumatique destiné à des véhicules utilitaires, comprenant une plaque de pression (2) et un matériau de garniture (3) monté sur la plaque de pression (2). Sur la plaque de pression (2) se trouve au moins un dispositif de rappel (6) qui rappelle la garniture de frein (1) axialement après des freinages et qui s'appuie au logement de garniture (4) d'un frein à disque et exécute un mouvement de basculement dans le logement de garniture (4) lors d'un freinage. La garniture de frein selon l'invention est caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de rappel (6) comprend également un dispositif de tension (14) agissant en sens tangentiel et comprenant un ressort de tension (15, 15') qui, en l'absence de freinage, précontraint la plaque de pression (2) de manière élastique en sens tangentiel par rapport à un disque du frein à disque, c'est-à-dire en direction du logement de garniture (4), de sorte que le dispositif de rappel s'appuie tangentiellement de manière précontrainte au logement de garniture.
