A method of stabilizing an aqueous solution containing either a pyrazoloacridone derivative represented by general formula (I), {wherein R1a, R1b, R1c, and R1d each represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, -(CH2)p-X (wherein X represents hydroxy, lower alkoxy, or -NR2aR2b), or -CH((CH2)nOH)2} or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, characterized by adding an acid to the aqueous solution, replacing the air present in a closed container containing the aqueous solution with an inert gas, and sealing the container.

L'invention concerne un procédé de stabilisation d'une solution aqueuse contenant, soit un dérivé pyrazoloacridone représenté par la formule générale (I), {dans laquelle R?1a¿, R?1b¿, R?1c¿ et R?1d¿ représentant chacun hydrogène, alkyle inférieur, -(CH¿2?)¿p?-X (X représentant hydroxy, alcoxy inférieur, ou -NR?2a¿R?2b¿), ou -CH((CH¿2?)¿n?OH)¿2?}, soit un sel de celui-ci, acceptable au plan pharmacologique. Ledit procédé consiste à ajouter un acide à la solution aqueuse, à remplacer par un gaz inerte l'air présent dans un récipient fermé contenant la solution aqueuse et à fermer le récipient hermétiquement.
