A method of analysing a plurality of biological entities using an imaging apparatus. The method comprises: providing a marker for said plurality of biological entities, said marker being capable of identifying objects within said plurality of biological entities when detected using the imaging apparatus, the method of provision being arranged such that said marker is capable of identifying said objects during a first time period, and said marker is less capable of identifying said objects during a second time period; during the first time period, recording a marked-up image in which spatial definitions of said objects are identifiable from said marker; during the second time period, recording a first image of said plurality of biological entities; and generating a spatial definition for an object in said first image using data derived from said marked-up image.

La présente invention a trait à un procédé d'analyse d'une pluralité d'entités biologiques mettant en oeuvre un appareil de formation d'images. Le procédé comprend : la mise à disposition d'un marqueur pour ladite pluralité d'entités biologiques, ledit marqueur étant capable d'identifier des objets au sein de ladite pluralité d'entités biologiques lors de leur détection au moyen de l'appareil d'imagerie, le procédé de mise à disposition étant agencé de sorte que ledit marqueur est capable d'identifier lesdits objets lors d'un premier intervalle, et ledit marqueur est moins capable d'identifier lesdits objets lors d'un deuxième intervalle ; lors du premier intervalle, l'enregistrement d'une image rehaussée dans laquelle les définitions spatiales desdits objets sont identifiables par ledit marqueur ; lors du deuxième intervalle, l'enregistrement d'une première image de ladite pluralité d'entités biologiques, et la génération d'une définition spatiale pour un objet dans ladite première image au moyen de données dérivées de ladite image rehaussée.
