A method and device for determining the appropriate time to recharge hydraulic fluid in a work vehicle. The method preferably includes making a real time determination of the at least a quality parameter of hydraulic fluid in a work vehicle. The system includes comparing in real time, the quality parameter to a predetermined value for the hydraulic fluid. The method of the present invention also includes a system for comparing the determined values and communicating same to an operator. The method of the present invention also includes the capacity to control the output level of the work vehicle according to the level of contamination in the hydraulic fluid. Tho present invention also provides a device for real time monitoring and control of the hydraulic fluid.
Il s'agit d'une méthode et d'un dispositif qui permettent de déterminer la durée appropriée de réapprovisionnement en fluide hydraulique d'un véhicule de travail. Cette méthode comprend de préférence la détermination en temps réel d'au moins un paramètre de qualité du fluide hydraulique d'un véhicule de travail. Le système comprend la comparaison en temps réel du paramètre de qualité par rapport à une valeur prédéterminée pour le fluide hydraulique. La méthode de la présente invention comprend aussi un système pour comparer les valeurs déterminées et les communiquer à un conducteur. Cette méthode comporte aussi la capacité de contrôler le niveau de sortie du véhicule de travail, conformément au niveau de contamination du fluide hydraulique. La présente invention fournit aussi un dispositif de surveillance et de contrôle en temps réel du fluide hydraulique.
