The present invention concerns new silanyl-triazines of the formula I (see formula I) wherein W1, W2 and W3 each independently signifies C1-C20 alkyl or a group SpSil; X1, X2 and X3 each independently signifies O or NH; Sp signifies a spacer group; Sil signifies a silane, an oligosiloxane or a polysiloxane moiety; with the proviso that at least one of W1,W2 and W3 signifies SpSil.
