The invention relates to a shape memory polymer, to a process for its production and to a process for its programming. The inventive shape memory polymer has at least two switching segments with different transition temperatures (Ttrans,1, Ttrans,2) such that the polymer, depending on the temperature, as well as a permanent shape (PF), can also assume at least two temporary shapes (TF1, TF2). The first switching segment is based essentially on a polyester of the general formula (I) where n = 1...6 or a copolyester of the general formula (I) with different n or a derivative thereof. The second switching segment is based essentially on a polyacrylate of the general formula (II) in which R is H or CH3, and R1 is a saturated or unsaturated, cyclic or aliphatic, unsubstituted or substituted C1-C10 radical.

L'invention concerne un polymère à mémoire de forme, un procédé pour le préparer ainsi qu'un procédé pour le programmer. Le polymère à mémoire de forme de l'invention présente au moins deux segments de permutation ayant deux températures de transition différentes (Ttrans1, Ttrans2) de façon que le polymère puisse prendre en fonction de la température, en plus d'une forme permanente (PF), au moins deux formes temporaires (TF1, TF2). Le premier segment de permutation est essentiellement à base d'un polyester de formule générale (I), où n = 1 à 6, ou d'un copolyester de formule générale (I), où n a des valeurs différentes, ou d'un de leurs dérivés. Le deuxième segment de permutation est essentiellement à base d'un polyacrylate de formule générale (II), dans laquelle R est H ou CH3 et R1 représente un résidu en C1 à C10 saturé ou insaturé, cyclique ou aliphatique, non substitué ou substitué.
