A portable cushion for use on a seat at a stadium or the like, which inverts into a pouch for convenient carrying. The portable cushion has a seat cushion, a sleeve which slips over the stadium seat to retain the cushion in place, and in the preferred embodiment a fold-up back cushion and a pouch for the storage of articles suspended beneath the seat cushion when the portable cushion is in place.
