The heat exchanger includes at least a first (3A) and second (3B) panel of mounted tubes suspended in a cabinet. These two panels are vertically juxtaposed, the first tube panel connecting a first inlet fluid collector (4A) located in the outer bottom part of the cabinet (1) to an outlet collector (5) located in the middle top part of the cabinet, the second tube panel (3B) connecting a second inlet fluid collector (4B) located in the outer bottom part of the cabinet to the outlet collector (5). Each panel includes first tubes (31), which extend horizontally in the bottom part of the cabinet, second tubes (32) connected to the first tubes (31), which extend vertically between the bottom and middle parts of the cabinet, and third elbow tubes (34) connected to the second tubes (32), which extend between the middle and top parts of the cabinet. This arrangement makes it possible to obtain a large heat exchange area for reduced overall dimensions of the exchanger. This heat exchanger is designed for installation in an external dense bed in a firebox with a circulating fluidized bed.
L'échangeur de chaleur comporte au moins un premier (3A) et un second (3B) panneau de tubes montés suspendus dans un caisson. Ces deux panneaux sont juxtaposés dans un plan vertical, le premier panneau de tubes raccordant un premier collecteur d'entrée (4A) d'un fluide disposé en partie basse latérale du caisson (1) à un collecteur de sortie (5) disposé en partie haute centrale du caisson, le second panneau de tubes (3B) raccordant un second collecteur d'entrée (4B) du fluide disposé en partie basse latérale du caisson au collecteur de sortie (5). Chaque panneau comporte des premiers tubes (31) qui s'étendent horizontalement dans la partie basse du caisson, des seconds tubes (32) raccordés aux premiers tubes (31) et qui s'étendent verticalement entre la partie basse du caisson et la partie médiane du caisson, et des troisièmes tubescoudés (34) raccordés aux seconds tubes (32) et qui s'étendent entre la partie médiane du caisson et la partie haute du caisson. Cette disposition permet d'obtenir une grande surface d'échange thermique pour un encombrement réduit de l'échangeur. Cet échangeur de chaleur est destiné à être installé dans un litdense externe équipant un foyer à lit fluidisé circulant.
