Form 24 ABSTRACT of the DISCLOSURE The device is a portable pressurized warm water dispenser for use in safely thawing frozen water conduit. It is comprised of a portable compressed air vessel or tank fitted with a preset electric immersion water heater, a pressure gauge, compressed air filler valve, a thermal safety valve and a flow control fitted with a suitable length of flexible tubing. The flexible tubing is inserted into the frozen water conduit, after the main inlet valve which delivers water to the conduit being serviced, through an optional "T" fitting equipped with a waste water return tube leading into a collector pall. Once inserted into the conduit the flow control is gradually opened to release warm water into the conduit under pressure (10 - 30 psi) and 60 degrees Celsius input water temperature. - 1 -
