Discharge device consisting of inner (1) and outer tubes (6) with inlet openings/slots (5, 8) for the solids feed from the silo and an outlet for the same. The inner tube is provided with a helical screw flight (2) attached to its inside. The screw flight may have a central shaft. The telescopic outer tube with slots can be used to vary the slot size as required, by rotating on the inner tube. While discharging the bulk solids, the outer and the inner tube with helix fixed inside it? es in the same direction powered by a single motor. The slots of the outer tube may be ?ed at exactly the same location as the slots on the inner tube or may be distributed unevenly and/or with different slot dimensions. The slots also can be provided with slight protrusions for digging into solids. The device can be installed at an angle of inclination between 1° and 10°. The device is suitable as a homogenizer, continuous mixer, device for reclaiming solids from silos and stockpiles.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de décharge comprenant des tubes (6) internes (1) et externes pourvus d'ouvertures/fentes (5, 8) d'admission pour l'amenée de matières solides provenant du silo, et d'un orifice de sortie. L'intérieur du tube interne est doté d'une vis sans fin hélicoïdale (2) pouvant présenter un arbre central. Le tube télescopique externe à fentes peut servir à faire varier l'ouverture des fentes en fonction des besoins, par rotation sur la face interne du tube. Tout en déchargeant les matières solides en vrac, le tube externe et le tube interne à hélice, tournent dans le même sens, mûs par un seul moteur. Les fentes du tube externe peuvent être soit situées exactement au même endroit que celles du tube externe, soit réparties irrégulièrement, et/ou présenter des petites protubérances conçues pour s'enfoncer dans la matière solide. Ce dispositif peut être installé avec un angle d'inclinaison compris entre 1~ et 10~. Il peut servir d'homogénéisateur, de mélangeur continu ou de dispositif de récupération de matières solides de silos et de stocks.
