ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An electrical apparatus including a housing; an electrically energized drive; a support for the drive; and a coupling mechanism securing the support to the housing and comprising a bracket having first and second sides, and defining an aperture extending between the first and second sides and an access slot extending between the aperture and an edge of the bracket. Also included in the coupling mechanism is a grommet having a shank portion straddled by first and second transversely extending flange portions and defining an opening extending through the shank portion and the first and second flange portions, the shank portion extending through the aperture, an inner surface of the first flange portion engaging the first side, and an inner surface of the second flange portion engaging the second side. The coupling mechanism further includes a fastening means extending through the opening and securing the support to the housing.
