It is described a method for thermal enzymatic hydrolysis of ligno cellulose, which method comprises the following steps: lead a raw material based on ligno cellulose (1), pH-adjusting and other additives (19) and possibly thinner liquid (20) into one or more reactors (3, 4); supply steam (10) to heat and increase the pressure in the reactor (3, 4); relieve the pressure in the reactor (3, 4) in two steps and provide a hydrolysing of the treated material based on ligno cellulose; mix the treated material (24) with an enzyme solution (22, 23) and thinner fluid (16) in a mixing step (13); lead the mixture to a liquefaction step (11) and enzymatic saccharificate the treated ligno cellulose material.
Cette invention concerne un procédé d'hydrolyse enzymatique thermique de lignocellulose, lequel procédé comprend les étapes suivantes: introduire un matériau brut à base de lignocellulose (1), ajuster le pH et introduire d'autres additifs (19) et, si possible, un liquide diluant (20) dans un ou plusieurs réacteurs (3, 4); introduire de la vapeur (10) afin de chauffer et d'augmenter la pression dans le ou les réacteurs (3, 4); décharger la pression contenue dans le ou les réacteurs (3 4) en deux étapes et permettre l'hydrolyse du matériau à base de lignocellulose traité; mélanger le matériau traité (24) avec une solution d'enzymes (22, 23) et avec le liquide diluant (16) lors d'une étape de mélange (13); acheminer le mélange vers une étape de liquéfaction (11) et exécuter la saccharification enzymatique du matériau à base de lignocellulose traité.
