This invention is an elastomeric bladder stored energy-type infusion apparatus which includes a fill assembly for use in controllably filling a fluid reservoir. The filling assembly includes a pre-filled vial (14), which is partially received within an adapter assembly that functions to operable couple the pre-filled vial with a fluid dispenser sub-assembly.
