Disclosed is an apparatus for rapidly screening chemicals for their ability to sublime. The apparatus consists of a heated well plate, where the chemicals are deposited, and a cooled finger plate, holding fingers that penetrate each well. The two plates touch at only the perimeter in order to facilitate a vacuum seal and to reduce any thermal transfer.

Appareil permettant de cribler rapidement des produits chimiques afin de déterminer leur capacité de sublimation. Ledit appareil comporte une plaque à puits chauffée dans laquelle les produits chimiques sont déposés et une plaque refroidie dotée de doigts dont chacun pénètre dans un puits. Les deux plaques se touchent uniquement sur leur périmètre, ce qui facilite la création d'un joint pour vide et réduit un éventuel transfert thermique.
