The present invention refers to the use of Bob-1 protein, fragments or epitopes thereof and/or related sequences in a method to identify, to induce and/or to isolate Bob-1 specific or Bob-1 cross-reactive T-cells, preferably cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CTL) and CD4+ T-helper cells. The T-cells according to the invention can be used to identify and diagnose various diseases, which are influenced by Bob-1 protein expression. The invention provides further the use of Bob-1 specific and/or Bob-1 cross-reactive T-cells, as well as peptides and/or nucleic acid sequences for inducing Bob-1 specific and/or Bob-1 cross- reactive T-cells, as medicament or vaccine and for the treatment of Bob-1 expressing tumors, lymphomas and autoimmune diseases.
La présente invention a trait à l'utilisation de la protéine Bob-1, des fragments ou épitopes et/ou des séquences associées de celle-ci dans un procédé pour l'identification, l'induction et/ou l'isolement de lymphocytes T spécifiques de Bob-1 ou à réaction croisée avec Bob-1, de préférence des lymphocytes T cytotoxiques (CTL) ou des lymphocytes T auxiliaires CD4+. Les lymphocytes T selon l'invention peuvent être utilisés pour l'identification et le diagnostic de diverses maladies, qui sont influencées par l'expression de la protéine Bob-1. L'invention a également trait à l'utilisation de lymphocytes T spécifiques de Bob-1 ou à réaction croisée avec Bob-1, ainsi qu'à des peptides et/ou des séquences d'acides nucléiques pour l'induction de lymphocytes T spécifiques de Bob-1 ou à réaction croisée de Bob-1, en tant que médicament ou vaccin et pour le traitement de tumeurs, de lymphomes et de maladies auto-immunes d'expression de Bob-1.
