Disclosed is a method for playing a modified form of "twenty- one" using one or more standard 52-card decks. The rules of the game are varied to increase the excitement of the game. A full table of hands would be dealt regardless of the number of players at the table, and each player could wager upon and independently play each hand on the table. Predetermined house rules of twenty-one could be applied to the play of each hand wagered upon by each player. In accordance with the present invention, player interest could be increased because of the number of hands which could potentially be played. The game could be implemented in live table game or electronic format.
