The invention concerns a seal for closing the neck of a flask (1). The seal comprises a stopper (11) with a central coaxial channel (15) for the passage of an injecting and/or sampling needle (16), this channel being sealed by at least one ball (17, 18) with a diameter slightly greater than that of the channel (15). This seal is suitable for a reagent flask (1) usable by a blood analyser.
