The idea behind this technique is to obtain a pregnant cow first, by means of AI. Then embryo inside the cow is "flushed"" out by buffer solution. Microscope is used to locate the embryo from the flushed solution. And the final stage is to freeze the embryo for storage or to perform embryo transfer.
