An analysis method comprises establishing the presence of an analyte in a sample by forming a complex between the analyte and its bioaffine counterpart and a suspendible bioaffine reactant (R1) which is labelled with carbon particles and incorporated in the complex in an amount related to the amount of analyte in the sample. The method is characterized in that a measurable part of the particles are able to settle. An immunoreagent labelled with particles and chosen from the group IgE, anti-IgE antibody, or allergen including IgE- reactive epitopes thereof characterized in that the particles are carbon particles.

Le procédé d'analyse faisant l'objet de cette invention consiste à établir la présence d'un analyte dans un échantillon, en formant un complexe entre l'analyte et sa contrepartie bioaffine et un réactif bioaffine suspensible (R1), lequel est marqué avec des particules de carbone et incorporé dans ledit complexe en une quantité correspondant à la quantité d'analyte présente dans l'échantillon. Ce procédé se caractérise en ce qu'une partie mesurable desdites particules est capable de se déposer. Un immunoréactif, marqué avec des particules et choisi dans le groupe constitué par IgE, un anticorps anti-IgE ou un allergène contenant des épitopes de cet anticorps qui réagissent à l'IgE, se caractérise en ce que les particules utilisées sont des particules de carbone.
