A method of installing piping of a floor heating apparatus according to the present invention relates to a method of installing a floor heating apparatus in which pipes for circulating heat medium liquid are located on a floor base structure and they are covered with a flowable floor substrate material. After an adhesive is applied on a surface of the floor base structure, a tube assembly is positioned on said adhesive so that the lower face of a base plate of the tube assembly is bonded to said floor base structure by means of said adhesive, the tube assembly having a plurality of tubes made of an elastic material and said base plate made of the elastic material which integrally carries said tubes. A self leveling material is poured and extended on the tube assembly. According to such a construction method, a number of floor heating pipes can be quickly and simply installed on a floor surface and a density of installation of floor heating pipes can be relatively readily increased. Further, a lifting or offsetting of the pipelines can be prevented so that the pipelines are allowed to be uniformly embedded, the thickness of the self leveling material can be reduced down to approximately 2 cm and a temperature distribution of the floor finish surface can be made even.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de pose de dispositif de chauffage par le sol, selon lequel des tuyaux admettant la circulation d'un fluide caloporteur sont posés sur un substrat de sol recouvert ultérieurement d'un matériau pour substrat de sol présentant des caractéristiques de fluidité. Le procédé consiste à appliquer un adhésif sur une face du substrat de sol, puis à fixer sur l'adhésif un ensemble tuyauterie. Cet ensemble tuyauterie est constitué d'une pluralité de tuyaux en matière élastique et d'un panneau de base en matière élastique incluant les tuyaux. Grâce à l'adhésif, l'ensemble tuyauterie se fixe au substrat de sol par la face inférieure de son panneau de base. Le procédé consiste ensuite en un ragrément par matériau autolissant recouvrant l'ensemble tuyauterie fixé au substrat de sol. Ce procédé de pose permet, d'une part la pose rapide et facile, sur une dalle de sol, d'une multiplicité de tuyauteries de chauffage par le sol, et d'autre part d'augmenter relativement facilement la densité des tuyaux de chauffage par le sol. Enfin, l'incrustation régulière des tuyaux permettant d'empêcher le flottement ou le ripage des tuyaux, l'épaisseur du ragrément peut être réduite à environ 2 cm, et, sur une surface de sol terminée, on obtient une distribution uniforme de la température.
