Modulation of Deubiquitinase Family Members The present invention relates to the therapeutic treatment of conditions by modulating members of the deubiquitinase family, and also to assays for identifying substances which may be useful in such treatments, as well as to the treatment of cylindromatosis and more generally to the modulation of other conditions associated with activation of the transcription factor NF-KB, such as inflammation.
